Agreement By accessing https://primaryunion.net (the "Website") or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase.

Who We Are The Website is operated by an individual ("Primary Union", "we", "us", "our").

Drop Model Primary Union runs limited releases ("drops"). Stock is limited and restocks are not guaranteed.

Drop Control We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, cancel duplicate orders, cancel bulk orders, refuse suspected reseller/bot orders, and restrict access to future drops.

Order Confirmation Orders aren't confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel orders before or after confirmation for stock errors, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, resale activity, payment disputes, or system abuse.

Pricing Prices are set at our discretion and may change at any time before checkout. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices caused by technical errors.

Payment Payment is collected at checkout. You don't own the product until payment clears. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in cancellation, bans, and/or further action where necessary.

Shipping Delivery windows are estimates. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by you. Once shipped, risk transfers to you.

International International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees. Refused packages will not have shipping refunded.

All Sales Policy Due to limited drops, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns are only considered if the item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item.

Return Condition If a return is approved, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and original packaging. We may deny returns that don't meet these standards.

Product Variations Slight differences in color, print placement, fabric texture, and stitching are normal and do not count as defects.

Defects If your item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos before approving a replacement or refund.

No Commercial Resale Products are sold for personal use only. We may cancel orders suspected of resale intent and restrict access to future drops.

Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States.

Changes We can update these Terms at any time. The version active when you purchase applies to that purchase.
